The Impact of Stakeholders on Corporate Social Performance in Indian Automobile Industry

Corporate social performance (CSP) is a major concern for a fi rm and how it can depend
upon the stakeholder’s pressure. To achieve the goal of the stakeholders (internal as well
as external stake holders) their various issues should be properly addressed to enhance the
CSP of the fi rm. This requires integrating of various variables of the stakeholders. The
issues can be measured by various tools and result can be seen towards improvement of
CSP. In the present research paper the impact of CSP from stakeholder’s point of view is
discussed. The effect was studied on all variables of CSP as economic, environmental and
social perspective. To evaluate the effects PLS tool has been used and Study on CSP was
carried out in various automobile industries. The results showed improved effects on the
CSP in terms of all when forced by the stake holders.
