Abstract

The idea of this review paper is to investigate the Impact of work related attitudes (job
satisfaction, job involvement and organizational commitment) on quitting intentions of
employees.This study can provide as a prompt to organizations and top management that
taking care of the work environment and work related attitudes can add to more dedication
and less turnover intention. In the outcomes, It is discovered that intention to quit one's job
is explicated by work related attitudes (job satisfaction, job involvement and organizational
commitment).
