Knowledge Creation and Knowledge Management
Abstract
Knowledge management has recently emerged as a strong and interdisciplinary research topic, which is currently attracting much attention among practitioners and academics. The fundamental core of knowledge management is the smart development and implementation and use of intangible assets, whose knowledge, skills and intellectual property are the most important. At present, knowledge management is considered one of the most strategically important areas that can be considered as combining all traditional organizational functions, such as production, marketing, management and accounting. The management of information and knowledge, and also related to that, the affirmation of organizational learning, are key absolute issues in strategy work.
