Abstract

Education is a process of integral development of a person. It is also known as the manufacturing process of man. Education is essentially of two types: informal education and formal education. Informal education involves all the activities of a child in a social context. With the help of interaction, a child enriches his experience. No formal configuration is required for informal education. On the other hand, the formal education provided by society that contains the specific purpose and a specific environment. The teacher is the main factor affecting the effectiveness of the learning process of teaching. The competence, skills, competences, knowledge and attitude of a teacher determine his excellence.
