Education for Employment: A Myth and Reality
Individuals learn a lifetime. Learning does not stop unexpectedly when you leave the institution. In particular, much learning takes place in the course of work: there is nothing new in the concept of 'learning by working'. The purpose of this evaluation is to investigate the relationship between such learning and certification learning in higher education. The emphasis is on the extent to which learning in the workplace is subject to more formal approval and certification of training.
