Industrial Conflict: A Challenge To Management

  • Dr. Nirja Parashar Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Iqra Educational Institute, Shikohabad.

Abstract

A large number of studies have been conducted by students to explore examples of industrial challenges. This study shows that the cases of conflict vary and are dependent on the industry. Again, these analyzes represent low wages, incentives, allowances, work, tightening, working conditions and political components as the key factors contributing to opportunities and lock-in. 36-41% of industrial conflicts in the manufacturing industry in India were due to salary and adjustment problems.

The impact of welfare measures on labor relations has shown that improper implementation of social security schemes has an adverse effect on labor relations. Salary and labor relations are strongly correlated. Analysis of the welfare activities has a positive impact on employee’s relationships.
